How to use it?
Adults use 2 - 4 capsules 2 times per day, children use 1 – 2 capsules per day.
The daily dose (up to 8 capsules) contains: up to 1.3 g of haritaki extract, up to 1.3 g of bibhitaki extract, up to 1.3 g of amalaki extract.
Note: Keep out of reach of children. Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements do not replace a healthy diet.
Caution: Not recommended to use for more than two months without break. If taking medicines, consult a doctor before using this product. Not recommended in case of heart diseases, pregnancy and breast-feeding.
