We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item.
According to the law, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract of 14 days begins from the day when the buyer or a third party specified by the buyer, who is not a shipper, the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over in possession.
Simply return the item/s to Be pure in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method. Customers have the right to return any unopened/unused product(s). Email us at email@example.com with the Order number and the reason for your return.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and unused. We bear the cost of delivery of the replacement product.
We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 Consumer Protection Act, as a buyer you are responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from the handling of goods, other than which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If your order qualifies for a gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed. In this case, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
Do I bear the cost of replacing the product?
In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of exchange the product with a new product is borne entirely by Sretan Planet j.d.o.o.
Do I bear the shipping costs if I return the product myself?
Yes, if you return the product you pay for the return delivery yourself.
Damaged products in transit, MIssing or Wrong items
If an item is missing from your order, arrives damaged in transit or in error, please email us at info@bepure as soon as possible to qualify for a replacement item.
For damaged items, please email us with a photo and description of the damage and we will send you a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped back to you.
Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return.
If your order has arrived at the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will respond to your complaint within 2-3 days, and a refund or replacement for a new product will be made no later than 15 days.

- Details reason for your return

Receiving Your Refund
Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be issued without delay. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue (2-3 days).
Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately. If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.
