Is Be pure good for me?

Our customers are those who put compassion first. Those who are ready to put compassion in cosmetic product, instead of animal cruelty, animal ingredients, toxic ingredients. Women who feel divine and men who are not feel afraid to show compassion for animals and the planet. If you find yourself here, then Be pure may be a great choice for you!


Are Be pure products natural, vegan and toxic free?

All of our products are free from BHA, BHT, Peg compounds, Parabens, Phthalates, Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, Sulfates, Triclosan, Aluminum, Propylene glycol, Artificial fragrance, Silicones, Lead, DEA/TEA, SLS/SLES, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Phosphates..

Also all of our products don't contain animal derived ingredients, including beeswax. Some of the make-up we feature may not be 100% natural as it contains, for example, a non-toxic synthetic color.


Do you send free product samples?

We do not send free product samples, because our suppliers do not send them to us.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, you don't have to worry. We care about the highest level of information security and fraud protection. We use the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, shipping and billing information is confidential and secure. Card payments are made through the CorvusPay system, which has the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) - the highest information security standard for organizations and information about cards and their owners. It is defined globally by the strongest card organizations.

CorvusPay has had the PCI DSS Level 1 certificate since 2012 and successfully renews it every year!


Can I cancel an order? How can I do that?

You can!  Legally you have the right to cancel and return that order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. If you want to cancel the order, contact us at info@bepure.hr and request the cancellation of the order with the order number.


I ordered the wrong product by mistake. Can I fix that?

You can! Make a new order and contact us at info@bepure.hr. Or say which product you want to remove from the cart.


When can I expect package delivery?

You can expect delivery in 5-7 days, depending on the location.
