Active ingredients in khadi Copper natural hair color:

Senna / Cassia is also called "colorless henna" and is obtained from the plants Cassia obovata or Senna italica. The small colorless pigments from the leaves of the senna plant wrap around the hair and fill small damages. Senna / Cassia strengthens the hair structure and provides volume and silky shine.

Amla , the Indian gooseberry, is considered a versatile remedy in Ayurveda. It is called "Fruit of Youth & Beauty" as it contains a lot of vitamin C, bioflavonoids and antioxidants. In Ayurveda Amla is considered as a preventive against premature greying of the hair and hair loss. It strengthens and gives volume and shine.

Bacopa Monnieri, also called little fairy leaf. The herb contains strengthening and cleansing agents such as flavonoids and saponins. Brahmi is a popular medicinal herb in Ayurveda and cares intensively for scalp and hair.

How to use it?

1. Wash your hair with silicone-free shampoo, check out khadi shampoos. For heavily damaged hair, khadi recommends pretreating with khadi Senna / Cassia.
2. Stir the powder of the khadi Natural Hair Color with 80-90° degrees hot water until you get a supple cream and let it cool down til its temperature is comfortable. 
3. Apply the color cream with a brush evenly in your hair: strand by strand - to the tips. If you just want to dye your roots, save lengths and tips.
4. Let the natural hair color act for between 30 and 120 minutes. The longer it sits in your hair, the darker the color results. If you have already dyed with this shade and just want to refresh your color, leave the color in your hair for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Rinse the color with clear water.

 

Do not use shampoo for 24 to 48 hours. During this time the color develops fully. To fix the new color pigments in your hair, you can use khadi hair oil before the first hair wash after coloring. Leave the oil for at least 20 minutes and then wash it with a natural shampoo.
