Delivery is free for all orders over 300 kuna purchased in the bepure.hr online store.
What is the shipping cost?
The cost of delivery for orders less than 300 kuna is 34 kuna with VAT.
When can I expect a package after ordering and payment?
Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. You can expect your package 2-5 working days (depending on the country / location) after delivery service picks up the package.
For Croatia: Delivery to the islands depends on the ferry timetable and the Dubrovnik region. Delivery to the islands depends on the conditions and possibilities of the delivery service.
Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
Delivery is not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Can I arrange a delivery time that suits me?
If you want to arrange an appropriate delivery date, please write it under NOTE so that we can convey your request to the delivery service.
How can I track my order?
You can follow the delivery of the shipment on GLS Track & Trace.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after the order is placed, the customer receives a confirmation via e-mail, within minutes of order confirmation.
For Croatia only:
Can I pick up my package at your office?
You can! The package can also be picked up in our office, at address Ulica kralja Tomislava 25, 48260 Križevci, on working days from 11 am to 3 pm, and the only condition for personal collection is prior notice on the number 097 6461 955 (you can text us or call us at the same number contact on WhatsApp application).
This method of picking up the package is free.
How is delivery made?
We deliver via GLS delivery service.
How will I know when my package was sent?
After ordering as a Buyer you receive:
- Notification by e-mail with the shipment number that the order has been sent by GLS, usually within 1 working day from the order confirmation
- Croatia only: SMS notification from GLS delivery service when the shipment arrives at the address, if you left a mobile phone number when ordering.
Will I receive a delivery notification on the day of package delivery?
For Croatia only: On the day the package is delivered to your address, you receive an SMS about the exact time when the package will arrive.
Do I have any duty after receiving the package?
As the Buyer, when you pick up the product, you are obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to pick up the shipment on which external damage is visible.
In addition, you are obliged to sign a delivery note or delivery note when picking up the goods, and the delivery service takes it as a receipt.
What if the product is different from the one I ordered?
If the delivered product is different from the one you bought, you have the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, you have the right to a refund of the price paid, shipping costs and reimbursement costs, and you are obliged to return the wrong delivered product.
